Catherine Mancuso - Director

    • January 1980: Commenced work in the travel industry at Stephens International Travel, Sydney Employed on a full training program in all aspects of working in an IATA Travel Agency
    • May 1984: Moved to Gullivers Sports Travel to take on a more specialised role in group travel – in particular sporting events, rugby tours, netball tournaments both domestic and international
    • November 1987: Advanced to Sandford Travel Double Bay to integrate sporting travel expertise with Corporate Travel. Eventually headed the Group and Incentive Division and became a director and shareholder in 1994
    • January 1997: Established CCM Travel with Karen Caba in 1997
    • October 2008:  Bought out Karen Caba to become sole owner of CCM Travel.
    • Catherine is a keen traveler with specialist knowledge of the USA in particular New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco as well as Hong Kong and Macau, East and Southern Africa
    • Working director of CCM Travel with emphasis on business development and operations

Angela French - Accounts, Administration Office Manager

    • As a licenced agency our travel trust accounts are subject to regular compulsory government auditing. Without faultless accounts and expertise, successful auditing would not be possible. Our agency offers a responsive and diverse travel and conferencing service and at CCM we provide an exacting and precise accounting service for our clients.
    • Angela joined CCM Travel in 2003, has a Diploma in Frontline Office Management and has more than 20 years experience working in Office administration, accounts and function planning.  Previously working in Club Management and Harbour Cruise conferences and events.
    • CCM is dedicated to the latest professional evolution and not only among our travel and conferencing professionals. The principle applies across the total staff portfolio.

Merrilee Macourt - Senior Account Manager

    • After many years dancing with the London Dance Company Merrilee returned to Australia looking for a career change and settled on the Travel Industry
    • Completed a travel course at Williams Business college and commenced work at a wholesale company specialising in African adventure tours as well as working in the corporate area
    • Merrilee Joined the CCM Travel Team in April 2000 in the Corporate area specialising in fare construction
    • Merrilee is well travelled and having lived in London for many years, has a vast knowledge of the UK and Europe

 

Janelle Brown – Senior Account Manager

    • Janelle worked for Coca-Cola managing the Customer/Promotion Global Hospitality of their large portfolio of international events which included Summer and Winter Olympics, FIFA World Cup, Rugby World Cup and associated sponsorships within Australia
    • As a natural progression Janelle then commenced working in the travel industry in 1998 starting as a consultant and progressing to Manager,  Corporate Conferences and Incentive
    • In August 2007 Janelle began working with CCM Travel to work with the team specialising in group and incentive travel. 
    • Janelle’s dedication to detail and client communication working with large groups was acknowledged when CCM Travel was awarded the winner in Group Awards with MSC Cruises in 2008.
    • Janelle is accomplished in all phases of event management and has travelled extensively throughout the world and has a proven track record in assisting to develop world class events

David Cawthorn – Corporate Travel Account Manager

 

    • David joined CCM Travel in April, 2009 and brings with him his specialised skills in corporate travel of 14 years. David has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. He has a strong following of repeat clientele resulting from his dedicated approach and 1st class service.
    • His overseas travel experience is extensive and has taken him to diverse destinations such as Salvador in Brazil, Patagonia in Argentina, Czesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic, Key West in Florida, Angkor Wat in Cambodia and of course everyone’s perennial favourite, New York! “

 

Jessica Francis – Group Events Consultant

    • Jessica is the newest traveller to join our team.  She has gained her experience in organising large groups and event planning for up to 700 people working closely with senior consultants. She has worked on various sites with conference planners to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Jessica has plans on travelling extensively during the next few years, heading to Dubai, Europe and Egypt to see all the exciting things the world has to offer and hoping to expand her knowledge in travel and to bring more experiences back to CCM.
