Karen Caba - Director
- August 1981 - Commenced work in the travel industry at Stephens International Travel
- April 1984 – Moved to Melbourne and joined Jetset travel in the retail division at Head office
- August 1987 – Started work in the groups area at Traveland head office as P.A. to General Manager Groups and Incentives and back up to Account Manager
- December 1988 – Joined Sales Development, an Advertising company with an incentive and promotions arm, running the travel office
- June 1989 - International Sports Tours organising sporting, school tours and incentive trips
- February 1991 – Commenced employment at Sanford travel working on all aspects of groups, incentives and conferences
- January 1997 - Established CCM Travel with Catherine
- Karen is a keen traveller with specialist knowledge of New York, Las Vegas, Asia, Europe and in particular Greece
- Working director of CCM Travel with emphasis on operations and event planning
Catherine Mancuso - Director
- January 1980: Commenced work in the travel industry at Stephens International Travel, Sydney Employed on a full training program in all aspects of working in an IATA Travel Agency
- May 1984: Moved to Gullivers Sports Travel to take on a more specialised role in group travel – in particular sporting events, rugby tours, netball tournaments both domestic and international
- November 1987: Advanced to Sandford Travel Double Bay to integrate sporting travel expertise with Corporate Travel. Eventually headed the Group and Incentive Division and became a director and shareholder in 1994
- January 1997: Established CCM Travel with Karen in 1997
- Catherine is a keen traveller with specialist knowledge of the USA in particular New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco as well as Hong Kong and Macau, East and Southern Africa
- Working director of CCM Travel with emphasis on business development and operations
Jodie Tipping - Senior Account Manager
- February 1986: Commenced work in the Travel Industry at Travelscene – one of Sydney’s largest wholesale and IATA Travel Agencies. Employed on a full training program in all aspects of working in an IATA Travel Agency
- May – August 1992: Travelled extensively throughout Europe and UK
- September 1992: Joined Reho Travel working as a corporate consultant and developing the Reho Group department
- November 1993: Moved to Sanford Travel Double Bay to join the growing group and incentive division working alongside Catherine and Karen. Whilst working at Sanford Jodie also taught evening travel classes at Sydney Business and Travel Academy
- November 1997: Moved to CCM Travel to join the team and again to assist with the development of group and incentive travel along with setting up the corporate division of the agency. Jodie’s speciality is the co-ordination and maintenance of the Event Software Conference program
Amanda Cooper - Senior Account Manager
- February 1991: Commenced work in the travel industry at Guthreys Pacific learning general processing and then advancing into reservations within the Guthrey Wholesale Division
- January 1993: Moved to Sanford Travel Double Bay to work in the corporate and retail travel division specialising in fares and ticketing
- June 1999: Joined the team at CCM Travel to develop the growth of the corporate arm of the agency as well as looking after all the retail needs of our clients. During her time at CCM Amanda has worked in all areas from groups – escorting internationally, to corporate, retail and speciality tours
- Amanda has travelled extensively around the world over her years in the travel industry and thus offers first hand knowledge of most of the world’s destinations. A keen skier Amanda would be your person to speak to when planning your next ski holiday
Merrilee Macourt - Senior Account Manager
- After many years dancing with the London Dance Company Merrilee returned to Australia looking for a career change and settled on the Travel Industry
- June 1995 - Completed a travel course at Williams Business college and commenced work at Wholesale company specialising in African adventure tours as well as working in the corporate area
- April 2000 – Joined the CCM Travel Team in the Corporate area specialising in fare construction
- Merrilee is well travelled and having lived in London for many years, has a vast knowledge of the UK and Europe
Janelle Brown – Senior Account Manager
- April 1998:Commenced work in the travel industry at Travel Scene commenced as consultant progressing to Manager Corporate Conferences and Incentive
- June 1993:Moved to The JourneyMasters Pty. Ltd. As Conference and Incentive Manager
- June 1995:Joined Coca-Cola to manage the Customer/Promotion Global Hospitality of their large portofolio of international events which included Summer and Winter Olympics, FIFA World Cup, Rugby World Cup and associated sponsorships within Australia
- August 2007:Moved to CCM to work with the team specialising in group and incentive travel
Janelle is accomplished in all phases of event management and has travelled extensively throughout the world and has a proven track record in assisting to develop world class events
Christina Musgrove -Retail Consultant
- June 1992: Commenced work at STA Travel Ultimo – one of Sydney’s largest chains STA provided Christina with a solid comprehensive knowledge base of all aspects of the travel industry
- July 1994: Moved to Sanford Travel Double Bay where she commenced as a corporate consultant as well as backing up the groups and incentive division
- August 1995: Advanced to Manager of NRMA Travel Kensington where she spent the following two years running the entire agency
- December 1997 – June 2005: Cristina juggled the challenging role of becoming a mother whilst teaching at Sydney Business Travel Academy as well as Williams Business College. At the same time working in a support role at CCM Travel filling any aspect of the agency from groups to corporate
- July 2006: Commenced a permanent part-time role at CCM Travel working as support for the corporate and retail team
- Christina has extensive knowledge of Asia, in particular Japan where she lived and taught English for 3 years
Angela French
Accounts,Administration Office Manager
- As a licenced agency our travel trust accounts are subject to regular compulsory government auditing. Without faultless accounts and expertise, successful auditing would not be possible. Our agency offers a responsive and diverse travel and conferencing service and at CCM we provide a exacting and precise accounting service for our clients.
- Angela joined CCM Travel in 2003 and has more than 20 years experience working in Office administration, accounts and function planning. Previously working in Club Management and Harbour Cruise conferences and events. She is constantly maintaining professional development and is currently studying for a Diploma in Frontline Office Management.
